Welcome to the office of the McCracken County Commonwealth’s Attorney.
Commonwealth’s Attorney is the title given to the elected prosecutor of felony crimes in Kentucky. It is synonymous with the better known terms of District Attorney and State’s Attorney.
It is the responsibility of this office to seek justice on behalf of the people of the Commonwealth in an efficient and professional manner. Our main priority is the safety and security of the citizens of McCracken County and to seek justice for all.
The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney is staffed with attorneys and support personnel who work diligently to serve the residents of this community and the Commonwealth as a whole.
Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
